　　青春靓丽的女孩杰丝（斯蒂芬妮·席尔德克内希特 Stephanie Schildknecht 饰）和卡洛琳（罗克珊·海沃德 Roxane Hayward 饰）结伴前往异地参加盛大的音乐节，由于两人忘带长途汽车票，所以索性一路行走，搭车前往目的地。途中，他们坐上了托马斯（基南·艾瑞森 Keenan Arrison 饰）和弗莱德（蒂龙·基奥 Tyrone Keogh 饰）两个青年驾驶的汽车。原本一切顺利，可是半路上小小的争执让四个年轻人遭遇严重的车祸。夜幕降临，大雨瓢泼，两个女孩被困在车厢内无法动弹，弗莱德被树枝穿透了身体身受重伤，托马斯干脆昏迷不醒。
　　在自救的过程中，女孩们得知男孩和这辆车的真相。而随着车祸现场状况越来越糟，他们的性命危在旦夕……
